I'd like some information on this childs toy bike,
on the back rest just to the right of the pic. says , MADE IN TAIWAN,
on the back seat the righting says, SPECIAL CYCLE,
on the neck just under the handle bars is a label that says, MOST NEW MODEL,
on the bar that comes down from the handle bars toward the seat is a silver label that says, ROC or ROG, I can't see the last letter very well to be able to say for sure exactly what that letter is,
on the bar that curves up toward the handle bars is another label that says MADE IN TAIWAN,
the one hand grip is missing also the pedals.

There is not a lot of info out there because they just not appealing to the collector market yet.
I think these were made in the 70's - 80's.
