20th Century Abtract Painting

This is an image, measuring about 35 x 18 inches, appears to be an acrylic painting that is signed C Tullio. According to information received, Charles Tullio's real name was Charles Stutzer. He had a very rare eye disease thst almost resulted in blindness. He wad privy yo hsve an operation that saved his sight in 1970. He wss especially know for painting Jewish subjects.
