I have a pair of deco cabinets with tiered shelves and can't identify.
There is a stenciled 4642 on the backs and on the rear of one side panel is a letter K impressed in the wood. The the brass trim is in several pieces over a threaded rod and bolts under the top of inside of cabinet. Got them painted black and stated to remove paint. Shelves are walnut and door is a burl. Any opinions and ideas welcome.
Could be retail store fixtures.

I never thought of that but definitely a possibility, Thanks TA
I did some research and found out my pair of deco cabinets were manufactured by the Northern Furniture Co. of Sheboygan, Wi. ca.1930.
