House of Prostitution Souvenir Decanter

We can't have all tasteful items can we? Sometimes it is fun to buy something just a wee bit tacky, isn't it?

I found this souvenir item at the local Good Will for a couple of bucks. It is listed often on Ebay as a decanter, but I doubt it was designed for liquids. There is a rubber plug on the back, if it were filled with sand it might make a good bookend. It is marked 1985 on the bottom,

The back side has directions on how to get the business. Evidently Joe Comfort got around Nevada because he made a whole series of these items, one for each "business".

I can only imagine someone saying "Honey, next time you are spending time at the Mustang Ranch, be sure to bring home a souvenir decanter."

I don't display this item. It stays safely tucked away in a drawer. It does make me smile whenever I see it though.
