Though a little damage is apparent on this old advertising image, this still presents itself well. Measuring 18.7 by 15.3Cm, and taken from a larger, more damaged advertising piece, this appears to be a woodcut or a lithograph.
The dates on the larger piece indicate that this image is from The Metropolitan's Annual report of 1901.
This image gives us an idea of the topography of "Old New York".
Though not the best of specimens, I plan to have this matted and framed, adding it to my collection of architectural items.
Thanks, Dr. Fluffy! I appreciate the love, as well as the opportunity to share such curiousities.....Have a fine day!
