Thrift store find

I found this at a thrift store and purchased it because I love the way it looks. To me it looks like a genie bottle. The bottom of the bottle says made in Italy and the sticker has a man sitting down smoking a pipe, the wording under the man appears to be MAB, patented Italy.
I have searched everywhere I know to and can not find any information on this unique looking bottle. As you can see in the picture, the bottle also has a crescent moon with a star and the picture is in three places around the bottle.
