Amethyst Glass Sterling Topped Wine Decanters

Here is a pair of amethyst colored glass decanters I bought from a neighbor several years ago. They are 13 inches tall (inc the stopper).

They are fully hallmarked with the English silver marks, but I can't read them very well. The makers mark is very clear "JC". They even have the original cork on the stoppers. The wine theme is carried throughout with the grapes clusters and vines worked into the sterling. The pontil has been ground off the bottom.
