Your Stromberg-Carlson metal wall phone code number 1157 was manufactured in 1929. This wall phone is using a North Electric dial since Stromberg-Carlson didn't manufacture there own dial at that time. Stromberg-Carlson Manufacturing Co. of Chicago, Ill was founded by Alfred Stromberg & Androv Carlson in 1894. In 1903 the company moved to Rochester, NY.

Jholmes, Condition has a lot to do with value. As the phone looks right now it would sell on Ebay around $25.00 to $40.00, But there are collectors who like that barn fresh look.

Thx tucker... is it better to have it original... or fixed up and usable... I have seen where ppl have upgraded to be able to use today....
