We call it Roxy. I do not know anything about this statue. I was wondering if anyone is familiar with where it came from and what material it is made from (it looks jadish to me). Has anyone seen another of similar form?
He has been in the family for about 20 years. He was a gift from a friend but we were not given any history or information. I am curious how old Rocky might be and where he was created. Any information or ideas you may have will be appreciated.

Cool fertility statue! Possibly African and quite primitive. I think you need to change his name to "Rockina" or maybe "Roxy" No one knows for sure, but generally believed to be gifts given to newlyweds, and in some cultures these were considered to be gods (of fertility)
