This LAVA vase is pretty different in colour to the others I've got. It has no reddish/orange-ish colour in it at all and has hot just brown inclussions.
Also the shape is pretty rare, as it's square-ish at the base but has got a rounded top. Wouldn't it be signed HOLMEGAARD PL, I would seriously have my doubts about it.
It stands 15 cm tall and the square base s aprox. 12 x 12.
It's weight is 1700 gr.

LOL! Well... I certainly could, but it would be too painful not to see my kids everyday ;)
this looks more like the work of Claude Morin. French hot glass artist see this one of his I had on ebay

It seems both Lütken and Morin used the same technique at about the same time :) By the way, amazing vase!
