Halvard Storm was a Norwegian artist dating from (1877-1962). Although there is no date on the print, I believe it is from the 1930's. You can find mention of Storm in internet searches and in auction listings. The majority of his work is similar to this one and they all seem to date around 1930's. This piece was one of several brought to the United States by my relatives who immigrated from Norway in the late 30's to early 40's.
Prices go 100.00-450.00 retail

Mine is an etching though. I don't understand how there can be an original print and an original etching for one piece. Can anyone explain?
Thank you.
A etching is something that is carved on a copper plate, they then rub ink on the plate and press to it to the paper with a large press. Thats why you see a square impression around the edges. A print will not have that impression. Its basically the cheap version of the etching. Dave
I can see from one of the pictures, that Halvard Storm has written "Trondhjems Domkirke" in one of the corners. This church is called "Nidarosdomen" and is one of the most beautiful and largest churches in Norway. You can read about Nidarosdomen on Wikipedia.
