Vintage "The Twin Lions" Breastplate Necklace with Earrings

I cannot believe I did not upload photos of my most favorite costume jewelry set ever! The necklace is widely-known as "The Twin Lions", and was made in many colors. My favorite color combination is this one here; a single high-domed oval turquoise cabochon in the center, flanked with smaller teardrop purple cabochons. I rarely see the matching earrings, so this was a very rare find, and in mint condition too! When buying this necklace, always note that all drops are present, or all cabochons are in tact. There should be a total of 9 teardrop cabochons and 5 gold drops. It is often mistaken or sold as an unsigned Donald Stannard creation, but this is information is inaccurate.
