    These are just a collection of different types of pins I have picked up over the years. The N in the jewelry box has a very small clear stone in the centre of the N the rest inside of the shape is finely carved. The N I also think is a tie pin. The red pin is hand painted & has some ware.The blue & white in box & in front of box has fine working on both sides as for the centre I cannot define what it is made of could anyone help with the sort of pins they are some maybe scarf pins. Please Please help.

      These are stickpins and were worn by both men and women to decorate their lapels, ties, scarves, etc. They fell out-of-fashion by the mid-1970s. Collectors typically look to the more vintage and even antique one rather than the more modern ones as yours are. Oh, and the blue and white stone is a piece of simple art glass. Hope this helps...
