Green to Clear Vase with Applied Rigaree and Shells - Kralik?

I just found this pretty vase that fades from green at the top to clear at the base. It is 7.5" tall, and has applied clear rigaree and shells that spiral up the vase. I have seen a similar vase by Kralik, but in cranberry and with a cut top rather than a ruffled one - does anyone think this is also Kralik? Or could it be English? I have been finding a lot of similarities between Kralik floriform-type vases and Webb on the internet. It seems quite hard to differentiate between the two sometimes. Thank you!
