I am looking for any assistance to identify the model name and date for this wood Seth Thomas electric mantel clock with brass feet. There is no id for the case model on the metal back label but it does note Cat No 3684. The face is printed with the words "Seth Thomas" and "Made in USA" and the underside of the wood base has the stamped letters "S" and "J". The label is stamped: "FOR OPERATION ONLY ON ALTERNATING CURRENT OF 115 VOLTS", "60" CYC., 2 W.", "MOV'T No. [blank] CAT. No. 3684", "U.S. PAT 1.933.591", "SETH THOMAS CLOCKS THOMASTON, CONN. A DIVISION OF GENERAL TIME INSTRUMENTS CORP'N"

Thank you in advance for any assistance that you can provide.

You have a nice looking example of the Seth Thomas "Talson 3E" from circa 1941. It originally retained for $10.95 ... approximately $170 today.

Thank you so much, Bruce! Do you have any idea what kind of wood was used? The clock is very heavy.
