Mid-Century Modern Desk...Can you tell me the maker of this desk?

Desk measurements: 40"w x 30"h x 22"d...The desk has a number 1 written underneath the accessory drawer, and a number 5 written underneath the pull-out writing board, both written in blue...The brass handles have the number: DC-9622.5 on them...The style of legs on the desk are something I never seen before on any desk.
