I know these have Danish cord on them. I just can't help myself the lady said she wanted something different. She got it. Every time she sees me she tells me how her friends like these two chairs. I've done a lot of work for her and her friends so she can keep telling me.

I have two green chairs just like this. They were my husbands great grandmothers. My father-in-law replaced the seat with dear skin, he doesn't do caning. Your work is beautiful!

Thanks I've been at it five yrs. steady now. I hurt my back and it is the only thing I can do without aggravating it to much. I'm surprised the deer skin holds up it is very soft and stretches very easily. I bet they look nice though deer skin is a favorite seat coving of mine in upholstered chairs.
