Glass lamp shade with brass or nickel ring top.

This lamp shade is glass and unlike most Handler lamp shades, it is painted on the outside. Looks like a Handler style lamp shade. It is old. I inherited via a house I bought. The scenery looks like that of water in the background and possibly a river. The trees have leaves in fall colors. I see no signatures or numbers. Inside is white glass. Just very curious about it. I've had it 15+ years.
