This little blown glass vase was too good to leave behind today at a Sunday Flea Market. It has a Dark Charcoal inner layer & rim with a clear base and is signed. The pontil has been polished and it measures 2 3/4" tall by 2 1/2" wide. Unfortunately, I can't make out the signature.....any help would be greatly appreciated. Photos taken under poor lighting but signature should be OK, Thanks, BOB

The first name is Charles (I think) and the second is something like Frattel. I wish it was Charles Lotton...he's a fabulous Glass Artist. BOB

Eye4Beauty! It's too well made to be from a run-of-the-mill glasshouse. BOB
