Who can help with identification of this silver hallmark??

These labels can be found on the antique travel sewing kit that I published earlier on CW.
In the meantime I know that the lowest mark of photo one is a V that means : Paris - France.
Because I am still looking to identity the upper mark (of photo 1).
This is what I know at this moment: the silver sewing set has a French silver hallmark probably 19th century and the kit was stamped in Paris.

Please who can help !!!!
