Not sure anything about these... any help would be great . im sure they are new and not used, the box is about 50% gone.. but they were still in what was left

There is a lot of text on the largest center triangle at the top. What does it say? Patent numbers can be looked up. They remind me of ramps that pull out from under a small truck.
