Mickey, these are the deluxe variants of the Vantage (Hamilton), seen 3 now counting yours, very few and far in between, very nice goodie. these were only produce late 1967-69( early model 67's had white gloves), in 1970 same dial configuration used but Windert mfg.
Mickey, here's the white gloved model:

thanks Kerry I new you would know more about this one than I was told by the person I bought it from. thanks again and yes I did get a couple of hours for my collection and myself today. going to car show on sunday.
This style of watch was produce by both Hamilton and their sub division Vantage. The Hamilton versions are slightly thinner and use a higher grade automatic micro-rotor Hamilton movement. The Vantage versions (like this one) is a bit thicker. The Hamilton versions also has Sterling Silver, Solid Gold, or Gold Filled bezels.
These watches are known as "Emblematics". The first use of these was on July 7th, 1969, but a patent was not filed for until 1970. They made this style for everyone from the Mason's to the Marines to Beer!
I've been collecting these emblematic watches for several years and will post some different versions as well as the patent information. This is the first I have seen of the Disney version! Awesome!
Thank you Kerry and crazycharacter for the info, and for looking very much appreciated .
