Old Tin Truck found at yard sell

I found this old truck at a yard sell.I don't remmmber when some 8 0r9
year ago.I got because of the name someone put on the side's of it,my
Paw's little trucking co. was Bill's speedy ser.and it just got my eye.He had just passed away a year before.Anyway I'm trying to find out something about it.It seem to be old and maybe hand made.Ive been unable to find a name on it or date and every one I ask say it's old
and maybe worth something.Eveything is if you can find someone that
wants it.But I just want to know more about it.It is made of tin wheels
and all.I do not know who painted it.It was found in Panama City,Fla.
