Vintage Tin Wall Something

We have had this for 35+ yrs and I have no clue what it is called. It is made of tin soldered together and the black was painted by the dip process.

It measures about 22 in high and 8 in wide at the top.

We had it hanging on the wall with dried flowers in it at our Victorian house 17 yrs ago, been packed away since then.

Any help would be appreciated.
