I do not have a lot of info to go on. Per the place on both oven doors this is a Wolf Junior Insulated gas stove. It has knobs but I do not believe those are original. This is a commercial grade stove that was installed in the 1960's at a social lodge. I am making inquires on their behalf of specifics of this type of piece. It still works, but as you can see it has not been loved, as much as it was used. Any ideas where I can find more info?

Hahahaha. Not My kitchen, but yeah it's dirty. I have looked on google and found one close but unable to locate anything on Wolf Junior. Fund one similar but then not. This is a little more sturdier and older than any I found.

wolf junior... a friend had a big wolf junior in his kitchen, 8 burners and a 24 or 12 inch griddle. it was very in need of cleaning, but cleaning is just making one'self useful. it was traded for a 122 volvo wagon. i got a wolf insulated a few years ago and am now installing it. 24in griddle and 2 burners, with a 22in oven and side drawer. it sure is difficult to locate any info on these old wolf's or is it wolves. will post a picture soon, chris

This is a really early Wolf. I would put it in the 1st generation of ranges produced by the brothers (Al and Hyman Wolf) from about 1938-1942.

It turns out I too have a Wolf Junior range exactly like this and in similar condition. It is used daily in a small bar / restaurant that was built in 1936. I am having difficulty finding any parts diagrams for it as it needs a good tune up !
AROAZ, did you ever get information on yours ?

It is a true workhorse. Definitely built to last.

I know this is an old post but it is the only thing I have found that resembles the Wolf Junior I have.

I don't have any history on it, my dad got it in a trade about 15 years ago and never hooked it up. I am now slowly restoring it to use in an outdoor kitchen.

It seems to be a smaller version of this one, 4 burners plus a 24" griddle. Built like a tank and twice as heavy. I took the backing off before the photo but it looks a lot like the one above, with rod iron sides.

I had one exactly like the one pictures. My dad had a Marian restaurant on the San Joaquin Dleta in the late 60'ies when he died we took the Wolfe Junior to the farm and installed in in the kitchen. I had 4 small children and could cook pancakes for everyone at once !! A frien took it when we moved from the farm and had nowhere to put it. I wish I still had it or could find another one.
