I found this beautiful, old doll and need some help to identify age and maker.
Looks like sone kind of Id, numbering on her leg but can't see what it is.
Her body is made out of plastic, but torso and head feel different. .not sure if different plastic or some other material.
The legs are not perfectly shaped having plastic material sticking out.
Any help would be apreciated.

Forgot to mention, not sure if can be seen on the 3rd picture, but there are two screws in the back of her head.
I'm sure our resident doll expert will be commenting on it soon.
She's a bit creepy, but i like that, I'm weird:)
Most likely a tourist doll from Mexico 1960-70's
