It has no top. Pale blue back ground with water scenes of Grass, one of boat with boy, woman with scarf on head, poleing or rowing? and man in turban, just sitting in boat and a dock scene with young boy fishing with cane pole? Beautiful colors. 5 inches tall with small base of 2 1/2 inches.
My sister sent me this from Ca. 25 years ago or longer,. I don't even know what to call it. I have looked on EBay and Etsey to try to find style. No luck. If there ws mark on bottom I cannot find.
