    This is a Bandai Battery Operated Shovel, Front Loader to most of us. It measure about 9 inches long and was made in Japan. I'm guessing this is a late 60's toy, not much info out there on it.

    The unique thing about this one is it is made of heavy pressed steel like the old Tonka's were made of. Bandai was more famous for making the thin tin plate toys.

      Hi, I just bought a Bandai Shovel Dozer an hour ago. Yes not much information on them but very cool. Mine is also in the box.
