Smith and Nathan circa 1975

I picked this chair up at the Salvation Army thrift store and can't find much on its history other than its maker worked for a furniture store in Ann Arbor Michigan. Most of its construction is composed of plywood with a few 2 x 4 and round dowel cross-members.
