Oil painting of Russian River by my house! 1950's or 60's from thrift store $4.50

Hello! The Russians settled at Ft. Ross with Russian Church, etc. on the coast to get otters. The Russian River is 10 minutes from my house. This older painting is really nice from maybe late 50's or 60's. Last two photos are of Russian Fort, I have visited a few times. We paid them $38,000 to go! The Russians say they never got the money? Well we stole Ca. and other states from Mexico, so we would have kicked them out anyway? It was called Manifest Destiny if I remember my high school history. Like God said to the President, we should own all land from Atlantic to the Pacific!? Maybe I am wrong on this? Anyway this is a beautiful painting and special to me as I have canoed and fished steelhead in this river. Many huge redwood trees also! Later we bought Alaska for 2 pennies an acre!
