picked up locally and its dated 1949,have not seen this size an shaped Exide sign before... Dated signs are my priority when I purchase.has anyone seen this before?

Oh yeh, I've seen this verticle one, as a matter of fact one local Antique store had this one and the horizontal version that I bought dated 1941.
