Watling penny scale

I have a 1923 Watling penny scale. It's a lollipop scale and where the website said to look forodel and serial # s it say s2 and 1607. I've seen a couple of other scale like this one but not close to being in as good of shape as this one. I haven't been able to find anything on the value of this maching. This work just like brand new. If someone knows about the value or can tell me where to go find a value I think you .
