(600 items)
This is a lot I waited several days for the auction to end. I lost a set of 3 beautiful candy dishes from the same seller because I had text and email coming in and it slowed my phone down to a crawl. A couple of other people began bidding on these at the last minute. So glad I didn't lose these also.
Beautiful! Love its! =)

David and the nice comment =^)
The seller said she broke the pitcher and creamer while weighing the items for shipment. She only discounted $6.25, I'm being charged $30 for shipping. I don't know how to deal with this ussue. If she was weighing items to ship them wouldn't they have been wrapped up with bubble wrap... sigh
You don't have to complete the deal. Tell her you want to cancel and if she doesn't agree just open a case with ebay and they will find in your favor. For all you know the seller could be lying. She might have found a buyer for those pieces and is just trying to get over on you. You can definitely cancel...
what toolate2 said: tell seller to cancel the deal thru eBay and issue a full refund. Seller can institute a cancel and you will get an eBay message asking you to agree. Do not agree to the cancellation until seller processes a full refund.
That doesn't sound very honest, I would go after her.
Thank you very much toolate, TallCakes and David. I really appreciate all the advice. The worst part is I won 3 of her auctions o.O That's the main reason I'm not sure how to deal with the issue. She's charging me for packing materials, so I don't understand why they weren't wrapped before she weighed them. I'm wondering if she really broke the items. maybe she was unhappy with the price the auction ended at. I also wondered if she found another buyer for those 2 items because I did have others bidding against me.
I am so glad I didn't react too fast over this. The lady ended up not charging me for this green set. I guess it really was just a strange sounding accident.
That was a better outcome, no need for a big stick;-)
Nope, No need to borrow a walk in softly and whack them stick
I'm even laughing over that one!
My work here is done :-))
Hi Val, xo
I tried not to get upset over it.
I sat back, held my temperment, (I was very saden over the broken items) I gave the seller time to address the issue. I waited to see what would come from all of it, and it turned out wonderful.
Thank you for your kind words. Truly appreciated.
I was very happy everyone offered advice, I honestly did not know how to handle that situation.

Thanks so much rose :)
Another I missed. Love the pitcher. Looks like a Madrid cup on top of the stack of plates.
Fort this is the pitcher that sent me on the journey for a replacement. The seller said she broke the picture & creamer when weighing. I was so sad but I finally found another.
