It's called an Irish Mail car. I have one posted if you care to take a look and compare the two.
Michael
Is it mail car, or cart ?
Cannot seem to find yours?
That is in nice shape for it's age. It is an Irish Mail, most people call it a car. You can google it either way and I'm sure you will find many to look at.
Your car is not the common ones you see so that's good.
Yes, it seems to have a little more style than most.
It's not beat up at all, the paint is just badly worn and three of the hub caps are missing. Tires are intact.
Would love to know its age and brand .
Thanks for your comments
It's from the 1930's.

Found one very similar in design
Looks like the same silver and red with a streamlined front
This one was made by GEPPERT AND KELCH in Germany
I was thinking mine was probably from the 30s or early 40s
And yes,I believe that the Irish car on pawn stars was purchased for around $300. I paid $150 for mine It's one of the reasons I was prompted to buy it. Seems as though it would be a shame to restore it...
