Knives in the Woods: Göran Enocksson Blade

Another guy, that is making superior blades is Göran Enocksson from Oskarshamn, Sweden.

This is not mine especially, I don't like big knives, but with a friends -knife collectors we regularly go out in the woods near Varna, so I'll take the opportunity to Show&Tell you something about it... ;) On the second picture you can see it compared with Spyderco Paramilitary... Tough, uh?

Goran is working with Böhler-Uddeholm Sleipner steel, which IMHO is as tough as Busse INFI or CPM 3V and holds edge pretty well.

The handle an the sheath are made by the up-mentioned Bulgarian craftsman Peter Chobanov - Satchmo, who is jeweler in principle, but prefers to make knives :) :) :). Following the next link you can see another blade of Goran, "dressed" by Satchmo; His site is in Bulgarian, but there are a lot of pictures, it is worth to see his craftsmanship.
