This watch box, also known as the 'white label', was standard issue to English versions of Mickey Mouse wristwatches in the mid 30's. The black lettering in white background on the right bottom corner of the box lid says 'Ingersoll Mickey Mouse Wrist Watch' - 'Reproduced with the consent of Walter E Disney' distinguishes this box from the US issues.
Vonsboy has posted a slightly different and extremely rare version of the same known as the 'black label'. This is the link for comparison : http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/103957-1934-english-ingersoll-mickey-mouse-blac?in=user
