I bought this Phillips Jr. (written in the saddle) 18 inch wheel and as is all original except the paint, I would like to know the colors and details of the painting so I can restore it. Anyone have a catalog it? All parts are marked with Phillips and do not know the year of manufacture. Thanks for any help.
