I just got this pen and I cannot find any information about it. It is marked with "Sheaffer" around the cap band, has a white dot on the clip and the end of the cap is a white circle. The other end is rounded, and it has a pattern I have not seen on any other pen. The nib says "Sheaffer F". Any info would be appreciated!

Looks like a Sheaffer Targa circa 1980. F on the nib probably denotes "Fine"
