I LOVE the wonderful deep colors in the Kralik thorn vase that Katzl posted today, and I just happened to get my own version of the vase today, too. This one is 8" tall, and is pink and white swirled glass cased by clear glass - the base is clear, as are the thorns (part of the casing.) I have seen this vase attributed to Stevens and Williams, but it is a pretty well known Kralik form, so I am not sure why it is often mis-attributed. (By the way, the end of the 'tail' that wraps around the vase isn't cracked - it is actually just the clear casing folded over itself.)

Very pretty variegated coloring. If possible can you add a photo of the rim showing the casing layers?
Thank you, charcoal. I added two pictures, but the last one looking down at the rim of the vase is pretty poor - I'll add a new one of the rim as soon as I can to show the layers clearly.
