Unusual S&P Named Bell, Fancy

Here is an unusual set named Bell, Fancy. Its a translucent Blue Opalescent glass and decorated with a gold enamel.
They are rather difficult to photograph due to the color of the glass.
They have 2 piece tops and would consider them rare.
