      What you have is Scroll, Footed made by Consolidated Lamp & Glass Co. They were also made in pink, some in cased glass. Great!

      there is a light green opaque glass Footed Scroll (AKA: Millard's Scroll) pictured at EAPGpatterns. We often see motif influenced names for EAPG era glass when no records can be found to indicate the Original Manufacturer's Name (OMN).
