Good day to all in the world of vintage watches.. . & for kerry here and the cowboy wrist watch!.. I inherited about 100 in prize of hidden family watch collection. awwstruck and overwhelmed.. it is incredibly just as overwhelming to find any if at all accurate information on some/most of these animated character wrist watches from the 1950's thru 1965?'S..
Irwin Triebold(if spelled correct) created many with no name other than two words 'swiss made'.. just those two words on great creations of their time.. The COWBOY watch.. somehow somewhere I found and started 3x5's cards on each watch I unearthed. THIS guy is the '6 shooter' 'Gene Autry' fires 120 rounds a minute with his six shooter'...the trademarked name read on its box.. some have named it other famous cowboy's in add attempts...I from the clouds above have two never worn mint working six shooter's.. did not luck out on a box..But this Gal aint complainin..!those planet space watches.. mystery still out. one is Irwin Triebold marked no date or producer.. Thanks for reading! and my quest goes on!!!
I wondered if my Native American Indian Wrist Watch has a Title!.. and any titles or knowledge on my space wrtst watches.. they wer all purchased in the late 50' and up// thank you all... and thank you gramma.. 2 years this Nov... c.

A big welcome to CW! If you could post your collection individually, Kerry should be able to identify most, if not all of them. Thank you for sharing!
I can add these are from the late 1960's into the 1970's. The cowboy here is a remake of the 1951 "Texas Ranger" by Muros
wrlaboratories, Hello and welcome to CW. I might have told you wrong on the date of"Texas Ranger" . Now that I can see better, it might be an earlier variant.if a small 1951 it will be dated in the outer ring of dial.
Yes Treibold made several "Unmarked" pieces, I agree whole-hearted, but those where for other watch distributors retail. Those sold under The "Erwin Triebold/ Muros" is marked as such.
The inside of case back and the movement "might" also be marked with the Triebold/Muros or the other distributor logo. Have seen them both ways on the pieces just marked "Swiss Made" on the dial. Example would be the Gene Autry variants sold under the Lancaster logo.
