Victorian ?? porcelain glase ash tray

this is very neat not one chip any where there is a crack in the glaze under the cats left front foot .. I honestly don't know if the cat should even be there .. hard for me to tell .. the frogs mouth is the snuffer the trunk I would guess would hold matches or cigarette's. there is a place on the back of the tree trunk where you would strike your matches.. does any one have any info on this piece I have looked and looked .. i'm not looking for price maybe who it was made by or if i'm right on my date.. thanks sade11210412
