unscrew the basil, that's the ring holding the glass, should be a slot at the 2 o'clock posistion, a little tab will be sticking out a touch, gently pull the tab outward and turn the crown to set the time. Know as a lever set watch
The Illinois Identification & Price Guide book list the dial as a No. 5284 -276-D, 18 size double sunk dial.
We need to see the movement & serial number to give you more information.

The serial number on the case is 1024371 the number on the watch is 3347382 17 ruby jewels. Bunny adjusted temperature 5 positions isochronism. Double roller any advice

Thanks Dave for the info the face is posted on here now. The watch seems to run perfectly I wound it three days ago and it still running accurate . Now to find an appraisr
