I found this worn out mission chair on Craiglist. I believe it's from around 1910. I reglued, screwed and pegged many of the joints. I stained it dark to hide all the scarring in the wood. I think a hand rubbed oil finish would have looked better, but being compulsive I grabbed some gloss polyurethane and put three coats on it. I found an old cushion in good shape and threw an Amazon bought Mexi blanket on top. Its very comfortable chair to sit and watch the Eagles lose in.
