This a special printed postal card from the WIPA Exhibition in Vienna, Austria. It is addressed although the individual is unknown (not family). There is no message on the reverse.

In 1933, this exhibition was held in Vienna from June 24 to July 9
These cards were issued with various scenes of Postal Delivery methods printed corresponding to each day of the exhibition. This is the "Post Rider on Horseback" scene and the German text below it reads "Alliance Day of German Philatelist's Union" Juli, 1, 1933 WIEN along with the WIPA emblem.
Below it - the printer is named as Ludwig Hesshaimer
POSTAGE - the postage is not a stamp but also a printed image. The image is the same as used on Scott# 341, a 1932 Osterreich 12 groschen regular issue postage stamp with a depiction of Traunsee in blue/green color.
POSTMARK - in black ink is the WIPA 1933 circular-lined postmark WIEN (Vienna) and SEZESSION - **Se·zes·sion - "a radical movement involving groups of avant-garde German and Austrian artists who, from 1892, organized exhibitions independently of the traditional academies. The Vienna Secession founded by Gustav Klimt in 1897 helped to launch the Jugendstil."
