      I have a plate with the same design but different lettering and date that was a gift in 1990 while I lived in MA. My plate is signed but I can't read the name. It is dated 89.
      I believe they are made on the east coast.

      No marks on the back? Could be Williamsburg pottery, Virginia, many of their pieces just had a label
