This is a vintage 1940's AURO Pastry and Cookie cutter. It is stamped Modell 1 and Made in Germany. The roller is cast aluminum with a steel bracket attached to a wood handle. It measures 5 3/4" wide and the handle is 3 1/2". The cutter makes four different patterns in a single full roll.
