Here is a vintage sterling silver Navajo pillbox. It has a turquoise stone mounted on top. Not real sure if the year made but my best guess would be 40's or 50's.

Very nice, Jono. Made by Bell Trading Post, Albuquerque, New Mexico, founded by Jack and Mildred Michelson c. 1935 [not certain since several credible Websites state either 1932 or 1935].

Jack Michelson was also registered as doing business as [dba] Bell Indian Trading Post. Again, conflicting info on Web, most refer to the company as Bell Trading Company, which I don't think is correct.

Bell used several trademarks and again, conflicting information on sites, so I'm not certain if yours is the earlier mark. Here are the two most common ones, courtesy of 925-1000.com

It's good to see you have a box instead of the most common manufactured items of jewelry.
