This is a printed postal card depicting the Winter Relief effort on the seas (fishing vessels, sailing ships, steamers), "Winterhilfswerk" - (Semi-postals)
It is addressed to my grandmother but not postmarked (so not mailed) and the message on the reverse (not shown) is handwritten in pencil but I cannot translate due to illegible penmanship.
Semi-postals are postage values with surcharges added for cultural donation and are denoted by a "B" # in the Scott Catalogs.

DENOMINATION: 6 pfennig + 4 pfennig / Blue-green / Issued 1937
